The garden to the rear of the property is private and has plenty of room to relax. There is a brick built BBQ so that you and your family can enjoy eating outside while the children can play in a secure area. The rear of the house faces the south east and has the sun from morning to late afternoon.

Ynys House is internally modern, airy, bright and spacious with good quality furnishings of which present a good feel factor as the Inside of the property has been recently updated and refurbished bringing every room within up to a very high standard of expectancy.

The building and Interior's contents are equipped for self-catering to an excellent standard and a very high level of luxury.

Luggage can easily be off-loaded to the front, main door of Ynys House of which is 2 meters in distance, crossing the pavement from the roadside.

A disabled person could access the property from the front of the house via a passageway to the left, traveling around the back of the property to a ramped doorway entrance at the rear. A small 1'' high threshold, weather bar has been fitted across the rear door entrance.

The parking of your vehicles must be to the outside of the Property on North Road as there are parking bay areas with no parking restrictions.

The three photographs below show the main living area of which seats six people in reasonable comfort. The lounge has a large 32'' television with DVD ( not Blu-ray) player and an ipod charging, music system. A selection of games, cards, etc are supplied for the rainy days.

The kitchen below is new, bright and refreshing with lots of light and plenty of space to eat and enjoy its atmosphere as a communal within the house. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are supplied along with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge \ freezer.

There is a strict "No Smoking" rule to the Inside of the Property.

Slightly off the kitchen is a small sunroom where the kids can play or the adults can relax with a good book.

There is a large dining room on the ground floor of which the table can accommodate a total of eight with plenty of elbow room. There is also a wall mounted television in this room.

Moving up to the 1st floor of Ynys House is the bedrooms, all with en-suit shower rooms - There is no bath in this property.

There are a total of three bedrooms of which sleep a total of six - The Pink Room has a king size bed, the Red Room has a double bed and the Yellow Room has two single beds.

The Pink, Master bedroom is situated to the rear of the property giving you guaranteed peace and quietness overlooking the garden. This room is the largest bedroom and has the king size bed. The bedroom has plenty of space for hanging and storing your clothes - This room has recently been re-modernised and now has an en- suit shower room. A small wall mounted television is also fitted.

The Red Room to the front left has a standard 4'6'' double bed with an en-suit shower \ toilet room with two large wardrobes and a dressing room. A television \ DVD player is wall mounted in this bedroom.

The Yellow Room to the front right has the two 3' single beds with lots of wardrobe hanging and storage space and an en-suit shower room with toilet. A television \ DVD player is wall mounted in this bedroom.

Internal, secondary glazed windows to the front of the property provide extra warmth but also providing superior noise installation for a good nights sleep to all rooms.

Towels are supplied for a maximum of a week stay - Please bring additional towels for your own personal use.

There is a Mammas & Pappas travel cot and a high chair for your baby in the utility room.

The photographs below shows the main entrance hallway with its geometric mosaic tile flooring - leading through to the kitchen and up stairs to the 1st floor landing and bedroom area.

Back on the ground floor, adjacent to the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine, Iron and ironing board, etc. There is a separate toilet and wash basin and sufficient coat hanging to this area.

Oil fueled, central heating system has been fitted throughout the Property.

The inside to the property has been upgraded and insulated to provide extra warmth and noise installation but also winning the fight against "global warming heat loss"

The usual stay of 7 nights; is Friday afternoon (1630hrs) arrival to the following Friday morning (1000hrs) departure.

An advanced, total payment is expected prior or on the day you move in.

A photocopy of your passport and your National Insurance number may be required as proof of Identity
